These Kabobs are really very easy and delicious to taste. I used the chicken and pineapple teriyaki meatballs from Costco.
20 - Chicken meatballs
1 - Red pepper
1 - Green Pepper
1 - Yellow Pepper
Clean and cut the peppers into pieces little bigger than one inch. Grill them lightly until the skin turns brown but the peppers are still crispy. Meanwhile reheat the meatballs as per the directions given on the package. Cut them in half.
Skewer the Peppers and the meatballs alternating the colors of the peppers. (Just to Look Pretty). Squeeze some lemon juice if desired.. Enjoy!!
