Peas Paratha


Ingredients

1 Cup All purpose flour
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Green peas
ginger
1 green chilly
pinch of garam masala
salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil

Method:
Mash and make a paste of the green peas, ginger and green chilli.
Heat a pan, add the oil and fry the paste until it is dry and leaves the pan.
In another container, mix the flours, salt and garam masala.
Add the pea paste to the dry mixture and blend.
Using water make a dough of the mix. Knead well and set aside for about 20 minutes in a covered container.
Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll out each ball into a round paratha on a floured surface.
Heat a tava on medium-high heat and fry the parathas on both sides until the raw smell is gone.
Serve hot.
