Microwave Popcorn




Ingredients:
1/3 Cup of popping corn kernels
Non fat cooking spray or melted butter( 2 or 3 teaspoons)
Salt to taste

Method:
Put the popping corn kernels in a paper bag.
Fold the bag at the opening and Close it using tape or just tuck it under.
See that the bag is inflated leaving plenty of space for the corn to pop.
Place the bag on the microwave carousel.
Cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
Some microwaves have a special popcorn button.
Transfer the popped corn to a bowl.
Add the melted butter and salt and shake well so that all are coated.
I generally use Fatfree cooking spray(Butter flavored PAM) in place of melted butter. It works just fine.

Enjoy the warm fresh popcorn!!!
