Banana Yogurt Granola Parfait




Ingredients:

1/2 cups Oats. ( I used quaker quick cooking oats)
1/4 cups Bread crumbs
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp. seasame seeds(toasted)
4 tbsp. Honey
2 tbsp. oil
salt to taste
1/4 cup raisins
2 medium bananas , sliced
1 cup Yogurt( plain or flavored), chilled

Method:

Preheat oven to 325 F
Combine oats and breadcrumbs, spread on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 5 mins.
Remove and pour into a bowl and add in almonds, sesame seeds, honey, oil and salt. Stir well.
Spread again on the baking sheet and bake for 10 mins more until lightly browned.
Remove and cool. Break into large clusters of granola and add the raisins.
To make the parfaits, Spoon 2 tbsp. granola into a tall glass. Layer with yogurt, slices of banana and some more granola. Repeating the pattern until the glass is filled.
Serve immediately.
Perfect for a hot summer evening snack.
